1. What We Collect

We do not collect personal data like name, email, or IP address. We temporarily collect:

• Uploaded JPG files (for conversion to PDF)
• Interaction logs for error tracking and performance

2. How We Use Your Data

Files are used solely for conversion and deleted immediately after. No files are stored in a database.

3. Data Retention

• Files are deleted instantly after conversion.
• We don’t store long-term user data.
• You can request data deletion, but usually no data is retained.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics. Currently, we do not use cookies for tracking.

5. Advertising (Planned)

We plan to use Google AdSense in the future. This policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties.

7. Security

We use secure HTTPS and host our backend on AWS. Files are not encrypted at rest but are automatically deleted. We plan to implement encryption in the future.

8. User Rights

• You have the right to know what data is collected
• You can request deletion of any data
